After researching tons of irons and finally deciding on this t-fal i am super disappointed it’s a dud. The quality is horrible and definitely not what i expected from t-fal.

Steam switch is weird. It's frustrating to spend money on something that doesn't even last a few uses. When we plug it in in several different outlets, the light turns on but it never gets hot on any setting.

Received iron with droplets of water in it. Leaks copious amounts of water while in use. There were drops of water everywhere in the water reservoir.
