Pros
T-fal's enameled cast iron dutch oven is stunning. The only downside is that they are not dishwasher safe. I daresay the new saying is 'best invention since sliced bread' lol.
The blue color is a bright, vibrant cobalt blue. The navy blue is pretty enough to display. Its stylish yet modern sleek design is beyond impressive.
T-fal is a trusted brand in our home. Cost is in line with finer cooking vessels. Finest quality made since great grandmas cooking days.
This is a heavier combination of pan-and-lid, so be prepared for some exertion. For its design, it heats evenly in both arenas. The seasoning stays with it which actually helps.

The t-fal logo on the base of it is not flush with the rest. This is great for a gas cooktop, but that's about it.

My life is changed and this product has done a quality job in entering me into the world of dutch oven cooking!
Nothing sticks to it, letting me wash it just as easily as any other dish without the usual hurdles of cleaning cast iron dishes.
The product was supposed to have been pre-seasoned, but the coating was insufficient and the lid rusted on the first use.

So much cheaper than the french one, and honestly, it is gorgeous!
A great price especially as it comes with a longer warranty.
00 where the french pot retails same size for anywhere from $450.
Looks like it should be worth $100.

Ive never used a dutch oven before so this review is from the viewpoint of a person very new to this kind of cookware

I cooked a roast at 500 degrees the highest temperature allowable per the manufacturer for 24 minutes then turned the oven off to finish the cooking

After dinner i soaked it for about 10 minutes then wiped most of the stuck on beef bits and fat off with a sponge

I know there is nothing wrong with plain old cast iron when it is seasoned and heated before use but this still feels cleaner to store since i dont use it every day
