It cooks better than my old deep fryer. Takes up less oil compared to using other deep fryers or pan frying. If you don't need a larger fryer, and only fry food on occasion, this is perfect for you.

Temp control knob is flimsy. Takes for ever to get to 375. It's useless, i just use a pot on the stovetop instead of this fryer.

This deep fryer is cheaply made. Afterwards, the food was soaked in oil. The design of the unit allows for grease to enter on the sides making it a possible roach motel.
