This is one of the nicest products we have ever bought. The only issue is that it's started leaking if it isn't sitting perfectly level. Lid did it's job of keeping the splattering to a minimum.

This fryer is everything i want in a frier. The drainage system works great and makes cleanup a breeze. The oil heats very quickly and evenly.

At the highest setting the oil temperature ranged from 344-354 degrees. Only thing i can think, is that the floor in the basement is not perfectly leveled. If you miss the moment the light goes out, it starts cooling off - down to 344 in 15 min.

Product should have been sent back for redesign well before it was ever produced or shipped. It's a shame, since it's an excellent concept and design.

Even when draining french fries, little oil comes out on a paper towel. Really defeats the whole concept of draining the oil into the container. This fryer is an excellent idea, but ultimately suffers from an inexcusable design flaw.
