The stirring arm manages to move the food around in one big clump. Food catches and smears on the rotator blade. The timer is a pain to use and when the timer ends it does not stop cooking.

There is timer on the unit but the machine won't turn off automatically when it beeps. Because the steam gets trapped on the inside and the outside skins over and browns to a (very dry)crisp.
