Pros

Non-stick surface is truly non-stick, it's easy to clean, heats up quick, and cools down quickly too. Simple sudsy wash and rinse. Cleans and stores easily. T-fal products are my favorite.

It is enjoyable now.

Cons

This t-fal griddle is horrible. Pan is very thin and warped after few use. Not recommended for electric range.

The new t-fal mini griddle gets a good workout in my kitchen, used several times a week with the accustomed excellent results every time.

Well made with super non stick coating

I have never had a square skillet even heavy bottom ones where corners didn't get noticeably colder

What isn't working so well: (1) the surface is not flat, which is pretty much true for all square low-profile pots from any brand.
