Purchased a discounted floor model from another retailer and experienced some technical difficulties with the sensor not being functional the indicator light was either white and completely nonfunctional the entire time or it flashed purple for the preheating cycle then switched immediately to manual instead of performing any of the preset cycles no matter which one i selected

After all that the machine is fully functional and just went through cooking a frozen turkey burger with flying colors
