Pros

It heats evenly. It never sticks, and it has not warped for me. This is absolutely the best skillet i have ever owned.

Cons

Basic use is ok, but scallops were sautéed in olive oil and all caramelization stuck to the pan. Stuck from day one. Decided to keep for frying different things but awful for anything else.

Great pan, non sticky and easy to clean

It might also be a good pan, i don't know, i didn't try it, i returned it for the granite ceramic.

It never sticks, and it has not warped for me.
