Pros

They're very durable and wash well in a dishwasher. They still have their shine & luster. They are sturdy, heat evenly, and feel very substantial in our hands.

The 5-quart dutch oven is the perfect size for soup. These pans work great for stir frying or making a roux.

I assume this is the metal expanding/contracting, and is normal? You have to be careful with stainless steel cookware as usual.

Cons

Photo was taken after first use, frying breakfast sausages. It's the non-stick pans that deceived me. The small skillet has a coating from cooking oil that cannot be removed.

Cooking is very uneven. These pots are pretty much worthless after a week or so. They say not to use any cooking spray or oil for these, but dont work well without that.
