This t-fal skillet works nicely. The non-stick capability of ceramic is on a whole different level from what i've become used to. I followed the instructions and seasoned it before using.

The lodge 10-1/4 lid fits nicely and eliminates having multiple lids. This disk makes the heat more uniform and provides for more uniform cooking temperatures. I use peanut oil because it does not break down at higher temperatures.

Bought it for tailgating. Compliments and no complaints for this purchase. Besides that, the quality seems good. Not a single complaint.

The 10in pan is thicker, taller, grey, and has features not advertised. It stains easily and the stains are impossible to remove. There is some chemical smell that starts to originate when the pan is hot!

When i encounter such instances of social disregard i normally punish the manufacturer buy withholding my purchasing dollars forever after.
