Long handle allows you to grip the pan from a distance. Pot is big enough for most stewing and braising applications. Only thing i do not like is the pots and pans that are colored leave a paint residue.

The shrek ear handles on the large pot are great. I love how lightweight these are. They are on the thinner side but i welcome the reduce weight.

A good starter set for those starting out or those replacing some older mismatched pieces. The 1.

The set is very light weight. They feel too thin to adequately distribute heat during frying. My 10in pan has cracks and does not heat up evenly anymore.

When dropped the sides are so fragile they warp. If you spin the to align the handles, it is even worse. I have been annoyed with the warping and even more annoyed with having to tighten loose handles over and over again.
