Pros

The pan heats up well and quickly. As far as we can tell it heats reasonably evenly. I like the thermo spot indicator which changes appearance once the pan is preheated and ready to cook.

The ceramic coating makes these pans both non-stick and easy to clean. While it will scratch, it stands up to metal utensils far better than the usualnon-stick coating. It makes for easy cleaning and the food does not stick.

Never been unhappy with one. Has a great premium weighty feel to it.

T-fal cookware set is awesome, totally non-stick and easy to clean. This ceramic finish does the trick. Ceramic cookware is super easy to use and clean and withstands heat no problem.

The pans are exactly what we needed as our old ones were chipping and needing replacing. My husband is the main chef who puts these pans through their paces.
