Overall, it’s very sturdy and has quickly become my go-to pan!

The pan is made of aluminum so conduction is great on any cooking surface for even and quick cooking.

The actual flat cooking area is 8 3/4 inches across, measured at the center of the "thermo-spot heat indicator" (from side to side).

The sizes and types of pans are all well thought out and there's honestly not much i do day to day cooking that isn't covered by this set.

I got this t-fal refresh ceramic non-stick cookware set and i'm so pleased with it.

The pots were nice with a quart and two quarts sizes.

The quality of the pots and pans is up to t-fal's usual standards and they come well packaged.
