Pros

The non-stick ability is good, but a spray of oil is still very helpful. The way they are designed helps to discourage sticking. These skillets are the best.

No scrubbing necessary. Clean-up is a breeze. Easy clean up. Easy to clean.

I use theses basically every day, sometimes more than once. Recommend reading the instructions to help them last.

The perfect frying pans. Cooks great and cleans with a soapy wash cloth. Perfect shape for flipping the contents in the pan.

Cons

It seems that these pans will have almost no finish on the bottoms after a couple of years use. There seems to be no hope of getting any reasonable resolution. Repeat with better and more expensive items.
