Pros & Cons
Pros
The anodized versions of tfal cookery are fantastic. Replaces a 50 year old club aluminum skillet. Hope they had a lid for it.
They outlast other brands considerably. Heat transfers evenly and its a breeze to clean. The heat conductivity is better the the older one i have.
The non stick coating on tfal is very sustainable if youdon't misuse it. I normally use cast iron pans, but to cook certain meals, like omelets, this pan is great.
Cons
The quality of the non-stick coating falling apart so quickly is highly concerning. This could only have been caused by moving it across the burner. My $6 imusa pan still doesn't stick like this & it’s 3 years old.
Highlights
Quality
Easy to clean, heat distribution and durability.
Sturdy, well made and the non-stick surface works great.
Seems well made, but hard to find a lid for.
I've seen some at the stores but they were not built as strong & heavy as this.
