Pros

Have used several different countertop grills. The settings are easy to use and the unit cleans up so easy even i can do it. Takes a minute, maybe two to cleanup.

This grill is awesome! Yes it is more expensive than most but worth every penny.

Cons

A bummer to be honest. It's extremely unreliable. Now just collects dust in my closet. The rest are sadly in the recycle container.

T-fal won't give a partial refund. They manufacture junk meant to last just over the one year warranty and then fall apart.
