Pros

The quality of this pan and lid are top notch. It is deep enough for frying and large pasta dishes. The typical thing that use it for is for making turkey burgers and vegetables.

Cleaning is a breeze. The sprayer on a kitchen faucet is enough to get all the particulates away.

The heat sensing ring in the center is a bit gimmicky but it does what it says it does. I use it on a gas burner and the heat distributes evenly.

Cons

The pan heats up significantly slower than the previous version on my induction oven. The center bulges up causing oil to drift to the outer edge. The pan came warped. It only heats around the edges.
