Highlights
Quality
This is a review for the 6-inch chef's knife.
I would recommend this knife for the price and quality.
Compared to stainless steel knifes, i was not impressed with the sharpness, but the cut quality was good.
For a ceramic knife, this is a sharp; with the disadvantage of not necessarily being able to resharpen.
Packaging/appearance
It slices so perfectly right out of the package that i don't have to sharpen it at all.
Competitiveness
First of all, a traditional chef's knife is larger than 6-inches, so keep that in mind.
Luckily, t-fal anticipated this issue and provided a snug sheath in the package.

I only use it on softer veggies and fruits not on anything hard and not on anything that will immediately stain

I took one star off of my rating because it is tricky to insert the blade into the sleeve just a moments inattention or distraction could lead to bloodshed

In the care and use instructions it states never resharpen

The tfal is dishwasher safe but that is risky unless you make sure the knife wont come in contact with anything else during the cycle
