At that point i decided the flaw wasnt obvious enough for me to spend money packing the lamps back up and returning them

These are not mini lamps by any means

Would be 5 stars but the lamps are 3 way and the bulbs they send are single

The base looks brownish black and the shades are more beige and the shades also look larger but overall theyre really cute sturdy lamps
