It wasn’t obvious in the photos that the bottom of the tray isn’t flat

I’d recommend just wrapping them in a dish towel if you’re going to be as casual about it as i have the chip is teeny but it happened after like 3 uses

I do use my enamel pots in the oven and on the stove usually give them a quick spritz of oil to make sure cheese and milky things dont stick which they dont
