Pros

As someone who prefers to make their own dressings, this is perfect! Recipes are printed on the sides for caesar, dijon and oriental vinaigrette. This means i can melt congealed olive oil in the microwave and it washes more easily.

This jar has the wide opening, the plastic mixer inside and pours freely! It is narrower in the center making it very easy to grab and hold on when shaking the dressing. Cap is great.

Cons

The lid is not made of the right material. The carafe itself is really nice (which is why i gave this 2 stars) because it's so tall, this requires two hands or the lid could pop off and spray salad dressing everywhere.
