It has little rubber edges that you put over the metal that holds the base of the laptop they are not attached but you have to slip them on and i worry that they might get lost but so far they’ve been staying put

The stand folds nearly flat to a height of less than an inch and the base’s footprint when in use is not much bigger than my samsung note

As a bit of an aside and protip i’ve paired mine with a logitech k480 multidevice bluetooth keyboard and now i feel like i have a minicomputer setup that’s how i’m writing this review
