When i tried to loosen the rod as per the instructions it would just spin within the sleeve and would not break loose

I actually had to use a pair of vicegrips to hold the sleeve so that it would not spin while useing the provided tool to loosen up the riveting rod

It appeared that the rod that came with the gun was installed to tight

They did send me a replacement and it appears to be an updated model

Time will tell is this is any better quality wise but im satisfied that it was finally warrantied out

However the last time i went to use it the handles completely broke the upper attachments rendering it completely useless
