Initially found this product really difficult to use it left awful streaks and took me much longer to clean my windowsmirrors than using a cloth and spray so i requested to return it

Tested it on one of the windows and i must say that i was very shocked how clean it looked by comparing it with the window section next to it

The vac is not very noisy or heavy as i thought it would be while taking it out of the box it came with all the other accessories and you can clearly see that the dirt and the cleaning liquid it sucks in into the transparent waste container when cleaning the windows
