Pros & Cons

Update Pros and Cons

Pros

The durability of the belt itself is a no-brainer. It is supple enough to put on without too much effort. No fraying and the buckle is nice and solid and compact.

It sticks out a bit more than i was anticipating in the front, but that may decrease as the belt is broken in. Easily holds radio and iwb holster.

It is a nice, simple, classy belt that would serve you well from casual to business casual. Easy to adjust and lightweight. If you only have one arm it might be difficult to manipulate the buckle.

These fit me perfectly with just the right amount of extra belt past my chinos’ first loop. It is easy to take on and off, and it does the job of keeping the snowpants on nice and snug. Fills the bill for specific uses - hunting pants.

Cons

But it is really hard to buckle it. Hard to tighten. But this is really annoying to do it all the time. Webbing is thin and buckle is small.

Quality

I’m please with the quality of the material and heavy duty metal buckle.

Worn everyday for work with cwp/underbelt as a leo and no frey or tears and holds strong.

I broke one on pants u had gotten jaut a week before.

I knew looking at this belt it was ano brainer with the metal buckle.

Price

This belt is a steal for the money.

Not a massive deal since it’s primary purpose is holding knives while traveling in backcountry, but still.

Packaging/appearance

One other minor quibble is that the color of the belt i received was a bit different than what is shown in the picture.

The color is nice and the belt comes long reaching to the other side of my waist

It has an elastic belt loop for you to tuck in the excess length

If you dont like it long you can cut it down to size and then use a lighter to cinch it

The only issue i have with this belt is that the buckle is metal and therefore not metal detector friendly

Also after wearing it for a little while the black paint looks like it is starting to come off from scratches of normal wearing

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

Someone said its a little too 34sharp34 and i think they mean the insidefacing edges as ive noticed light fraying on the edges of the belt

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

I dont mind but i thought about filing down the edges myself

It also is a little bit more of an effort getting used to tightening and slacking it not as easy as conventional buckles
