The rip away feature is convenient though the only down side to this product is the buttons dont hold as well you have to figure out how to rip your bag away without detaching the holster the molle isnt big enough to run my 5

I contacted the vendor via email and he responded within a few hours politely telling me he was very sorry and that he will fix the problem and asked if i could send some photos of the item to him which i did

The vendor was very quick to get a replacement order ready no charge and told me he would send it to me free which was very nice and he said i didnt even have to send the other one back although i offered to do so

Anyhow the shipment did take slightly longer than expected and the tracking number in amazons system wasnt working correctly not the vendors fault at all and just receive my replacement yesterday

However this product got a five star rating not only because this is a nice bag it also included the contact email i received prior to receiving the order and the contact email i received after getting the product
