Ive not tried it for hot liquids but it does keep ice and water cold for at least 24 hours at room temperatures

The outer skin does get cold which tells me the insulation isnt heavy duty but its good enough

Cleaning the straw is something of a pain but thats likely going to be the case with any bottle equipped with one
