Pros

The only downside is that the lid is not so easy to clean. The rubber liner in the cap needs to be placed perfectly to avoid any leakage.

Water stays cold for over a day and the spout lid is awesome. One inch cubes put in at 9:00 am are still there at 5:00 pm. Stores 40oz of liquid and keeps it cool.

The silicone bumper helps scratches and drops. Knurled rubber edge around the spout makes it much easier to open and close without slipping. I have glass coffee tables so this is very appreciated and you don't get that metal ting sound.

Cons

The lid uses a very flimsy plastic that decomposes. This decomposed plastic then falls into the water. It can't be cleaned off and is disgusting.
