It does leak if not upright

You have to take the silicone sleeve off the handle to clean it though or itll fill with water and doesnt drain well

Sometimes it leaks when shaking to mix baby formula so you have to take the lid off and reposition it

It is not going to breakcrack ever unless you abuse it like anything made of plastic
