Pros

Both silicone gaskets have tabs on them for easier removal when cleaning. I use to stand there with a knife and try to pry out the gasket without breaking it. Takeya lids are my favorite style and they are very functional and durable.

This lid is a fantastic improvement, completely leak-proof. I take the takeya thermos with me everywhere, it keeps my beverage cold, the cap has a cover & a wide mouth. Does not leak at all.

Cons

Lid is not the same design as the original that was sold with my takeya bottle. The silicon gasket in the new lid is also badly molded. The exterior circumference is about 3 / 7. That makes it smaller than the camelbak * mag. Does not work well with i... Read More
