Pros
The outside looks very bad and dented but the inside is still fine. I really like the easy flow spout rather than a straw. The spout is completely leakproof.
The only downside for the 32oz bottle is that it may be a bit too wide for smaller hands. I have the 32 oz size and the * is heavy when full.
This bottle looks great in white, keeps my water cool all day. Although it came with some minor issue (a deformed o-ring), the sales from takeya was extremely responsive. Very nice bottle especially for the price.

Because it's not as insulated, the bottle sweats from condensation. After 12 hours, the water is room temperature and the ice is all melted.
The lid with the gaskets that leaks. The spout is extremely small. The rings are prone to collect or grow gunk as well.

After a few years of service, i left water in it too long and it developed rust (or mold).
My water bottle from 2014 has been dropped on every surface imaginable over the years and only has slight dents to show.
Price
Very happy for the cost (around $15).
Reasonably priced, i use mine for water mostly, but would be nice for cocoa, coffee or tea.

I had to wait a while to get it, but it was worth it.
