Pros & Cons
Pros
Water bottle has a very secure lid with an opening that stays closed but is easy to open. It leaks a little at the top when you open the lid if you shake it to mix in something, but it's such a small thing i can easily overlook. No leaks. No odors.
Size options and functionality are the best. It's secure and easy to use.
It's slightly narrower than my nalgenes. Holds enough water to get you through the day with only one refill. Fits my car cup holder. The takeya lid fits my wide-mouth nalgene bottles.
Great to carry around with it’s managable diameter and attached carrying handle. The large plastic handle is much better to hold with your hand or a few fingers than some other designs with a narrow plastic strap.
The lid stays out of the way when pushed back, and it's easy to drink from the spout even without a straw. The spout is big enough to drink out of, and the lack of a straw means that the bottle can be washed easily. Using it for drinking water contain... Read More
Cons
Water sortof goes “glub glubglub” and comes out in spurts. I am not happy with this purchase and would suggest looking for a product that is sturdier for travel.
Highlights
Quality
They are well made and i’d recommend
Solid construction the plastics is thick and durable.
Since buying this bottle, i’ve drank more water in the last week than i have in the past few months!
Doesn't leak, shaped well, skinny and tall.
Price
So in pretty much every aspect - cost, size, functionality - this beats out my 32 oz nalgenes and i think i found the perfect water bottle.
It’s a bit pricey, but it’s worth it!
It should cost maybe five bucks, but it's twice that price.
Packaging/appearance
I got the color clear simply because i like seeing what’s in my cup although i think all of their bottles are transparent and c... Read More
Competitiveness
I tried the camelbacks and various other ones but this one is the winner for me in price and chugability.
So while the nalgene bottle itself is cheaper, adding on the third-party cap makes is more expensive than just buying the takeya.

It is a twist to open top which i think is smart in a way because if you a pull to open top then it’s overtime it can become loose and pop open to spill
