Lithium iron phosphate battery chemistry means the pack will be more resilient to charge/discharge cycles and have a longer useable capacity/life.
Highlights

With the usb port it also allows for phone charging as a "job site unit" which is nice.
Using anything else would be very bad.

I needed a 5v output and most plain usb battery packs will shut off automatically if there is nolow power draw
