Pros & Cons

Update Pros and Cons

Pros

This rice is ridiculously delicious. My pallet just loves her cooking. This rice has the nutritious and flavorful bran.

Tamaki haiga rice is easy to cook just like white rise. Best results if prepared in a rice cooker on the sushi setting.

It is semi brown rice- which eats/cooks like white rice, but is better for you since it still has the germ. As added benefit it is healthier than fully polished rice.
