Small fits comfortably and is not at all baggy. The xl fits comfortably.

I mainly use them to walk our dog on frosty mornings, when the temperature drops below 20 f. Perfect for long dog walks in sub freezing temperatures. Almost too warm. Probably could go commando underneath and still be warm.

Cons

The fabric over the feathers is thin. When choosing waist size they are too small. The elastic sliding up to your waist pulls the pants up.
