I had a hard time doing much in winter due to reynauds and issues with the cold.
They tend to work downwards a lot even with the elastic band.
Overall very pleased with the construction, fit, and price.
All that said, for $60 down pants i did not expect stretch nylon shells and i am very please with the value for the money.

I bought the pants to be used on mountaineering trips as camp & bivy pants and after trying them on have no doubts.
They are still a little big but super nice for the price.
I'm a 1xl to 2xl, but i am 6ft tall.
I'm a 5'7 female, 150lbs with a larger booty/hips.
