Pros

The nicest feature is the cut out in the bottom to allow you to see the apple logo on the ipad. The cover closes securely so it never just pops open. My only gripe is that it is just that, a cover.

The kindle fits securely inside and the hardness of the casing should protect it nicely when it's inside of other bags. It is the perfect size for his model ipad. It has a felt interior to keep the ipad from getting scratched.

Cons

It's hard to unsnap the two of the retaining clips from the ipad to use it in stand mode. Unsnapping the clips is required to do this. Opening it is equally hard.

Arrive quickly and well packaged, but did not fit my ipad 4. Exchanged it with targus. Will be requesting a refund.

They no longer offer this size of case in the retail stores, because it is an older model.
