Product is not very good. Hard to make adjustments while recording. Talking the phone out of the holder pinches your fingers every time! Did not come with a light.

I only use it as a floor standing tripod instead of a selfie stick.

I would not use this as a selfie stick, it is awkward to hold as there are much lighter options out there if you truly want a selfie stick.
