Pros

This steamer is so light & not bulky like other steamers. Easy to assemble and use. Only complaint is that the metal inside the water container starts to rust.

Cons

The beeping is incredibly loud and it constantly shuts itself off in the middle of the service.

This is defunct, this is not do to user error. I emailed company with no response. I hope they will exchange.
