Pros
Headphone is a great value for the buck. Long cord and universal fit make them great for traveling. Only complaint is that the plastic hinge suddenly snapped.
The sound quality is much better and the volume is much greater than my jvc's. Snug fit, instant sound in both channels. Sound is not premium but more than sufficient.
Cons
These are mediocre at best. Even for the price, this product is a monumental disappointment. It seems even the best brand names these days have their cheap set of lousy products and these are lousy even for a bottom-line product.
The sound quality, while reasonably priced, is less stellar than some of their similarly priced competitors. The jack is awful. Sound quality is pathetic.
They make the sound much fuzzier than it sounds out of my amp speaker. My phone's speaker is crisper than these. I’m not an audio expert but my guess is these significantly compress the signal from the amp.

Great sound, long chord and very durable
Sound quality is great, comfortable to wear and they even tell you r and l.
I own a sound recording studio and these are headphones you'd typically use for an extra pair during non-critical listening, like tracking.
These would be and extra pair in case your running low on headphones or another pair breaks.
Price
For the price these really can’t be beat.
For the price, you cannot beat this headset… i love it
I saw these th-02b headphones on sale for 1/3 of msrp.
Don't always get that with $20 headphones.
Packaging/appearance
Another issue that seems valid is the way the headphone plug is packaged in the plastic container.

Compared to those, these ain't so bad, but they're still not accurate.
Not worth the effort of returning them - lets face it the ups store is most likely the front door to hell, especially at the holidays.

This is not a headphones to listen music

My only complaint is the earpads are on the smaller size yes they do fit over the ear and i can deal with the fit its fairly comfortable but the foam is not very good probably not memory foam or very little

I usually dont wear them for more than 20 minutes at a time but still im buying replacement ear pads to make these more comfortable for longer wearing times

Mine were missing the 14 inch adapter ive got plenty around the place not a big deal but indicative of amazon of late shipping someone elses return and charging full price

If you step up to around 35 you can do better in comfort but the sound will be more bassy great if thats your thing but if you are trying to get a neutral sound to mix from you need something like these
