Cons
The finish is questionable. After a few uses, it seemingly wore off and left a rust residue on the inside of the pan that rubs off on your fingers. Am looking for another pan, just to be safe.

Easy cleaning, not had any problems with food sticking either.
Non stick surface (i did use a light olive oil spray), worked great for my beef and cheese polenta.
Baked up evenly and didn’t stick to pan.
Everything i have baked comes out smoothly.
