Pros

In a lot of aspects easier to putt withthan scotty. Putter is very balanced and easy to swing smoothly. Nice putter at a great price.

Ball comes off the face nicely with very little bouncing. It is almost impossible to mis-hit. It sits on the surface and for some reason feels like i have control over where the ball goes.

Good weighting and promotes a square takeaway. Feels great in my hands, well-balanced.

Reducing three putts on difficult greens is of course a big * saver. Made several 30-footers. I'm an 8 handicap, and if i could putt, it would be lower.

Cons

Advertised as not new. Had to return it. Too light when hitting.

One of the best designs imo and now 3-putt greens are rare!

Competitiveness

This putter came brand new although it was last year's model and at less than half of the price of a newer models.

From what i read, this face was firmer than the jason day (red) spider putter, and not as firm as the platinum putter.

Now i have seen more pga pros use taylormade spider putters and we had to try them.
