Pros

It seems very gentle yet cleans thoroughly. Great scent and cleanses well. Leaves my scalp feeling fresh and smelling great.

It comes in a generous size bottle and has a pump top. It made me think, jeez what a rip-off, but a little goes s long way. Highly recommend for similar issues.

Cons

Shampoo is runnier, barely lathers, doesn't clean that well, and my hair was even falling out a lot more after using it. My scalp only feels clean the day after i wash it before it gets oily again.

The new formula, over-lathers like dollar store shampoo in an attempt to compensate for the acetone stripping effect to follow. The shampoo ingredients and consistency are completely different. The only common ingredient in this shampoo is acetone.

I have shampooed several times since with my normal shampoo and it did not take that tint out yet and i am not happy.

Not to mention this bottle is huge and is definitely worth the price.

This is more for your money, the shampoo smells very good give my hair very deep clean gives nice shine

You also receive a very large bottle for such a great price.

I used to go to an expensive spa when they had good deals and this shampoo reminded me of a shampoo they used in the showers.

The bottle and pump had a strong sticker seal, and arrived with no leaks.

Competitiveness

Other brands have been too harsh on my hair drying it out and causing a lot of hair loss.

This product works better than any other shampoo i have used.

I've tried a few different "tea tree" labeled shampoos, and i think this one has the strongest tea tree in it that i've tried.
