Pros

This conditioner refill comes in a bag that is very eco-friendly. I like that it's a large refillable pack instead of another one-use plastic bottle. It comes out well and i actually like the pouch better.

A pea-sized portion (maybe a pea and a half) after towel drying is a perfect amount. The next morning, my hair still looks shiny and feels soft. I have fairly shortish hair.

Scent is minty fresh and clean. No flyaways and extra control and softness. Satsuma is their best scent and is absolutely yummy.

This tree tea, oil conditioner, moisturizers my hair. It leaves your hair with a tingling, cool feeling. The shampoo is great. It helps hydrate your hair.

This stuff really is wonderful. Definitely recommend. This stuff is amazing. Is this product out of production? Love this product.

Cons

Shampoo is so-so too, but avoid conditioner completely. This conditioner is not moisturizing at all. It's a real pain to comb it.

Believe me, i don’t buy into things easily, but this product is spot on the best hair shampoo and conditioner.

Best product at keeping our kids hair from tangling that we have found.

After two washes with this product actually after the first wash, my hair was totally different.

I couldn't get the pump to pop open but that might just be me as i never know how to open pumps most times.

Price

It is pricey, but what you get out of it is sensational.

However, i do find the price a bit high, despite it coming in a nice aluminum bottle with a good pump.

Packaging/appearance

My main complaint would be the bottle or the packaging.

The bottle came dented but besides that it works well.
