Well it's a winner helps with dry skin and scalp my husband likes to put it on his man parts due to they get dry and he says this shampoo really helps alot keeps them from bothering him and his head and mine have started to clear up already and that's surprising for that fast but this isone of those shampoos that will have you feeling like winter when you put it on your body 😆 🤣 and has that spearmint burn to it but not a bad burn the kind that makes you feel clean it's a good thing but there is one thing that i didn't like it was that my bottle showed up all bashed up and product pouring out in packaging which means they need to box the item not put in in a paper envelope but that wasnthe only thing i had i didn't care for and really it was the packaging 😉 not the item so yeah i'd recommend this to all it's a really good product read more  Read Less
