It's a great product, shipped very quickly, easy to clean, quality product
Really happy with the teapot, love the colour.
Getting the tea bag out is difficult with the lid on.

43 in shipping charges, so i will keep it, but will not purchase any other item from tealyra, the item is also cheaper on their website.
Packaging/appearance
The insert works well and keeps the tea leaves out of the tea when pouring.
So its hard to fish tea bags out of the pot.
I find the holes on the infusion basket to be very tiny so there is alot less flavor seeped into the brew.

Moreover having also read that a lot of the teabags we buy are filled with microplastics which when activated by hot water fill our supposedly healthy teas with a ton of plastic i decidedhey time to find a solution for both these issues

This is the second of these i bought largely because as a like any ceramic item they do not survive a fall from a kitchen counter to a tile floor
