Pros
This product is colourful, decent size for mugs of tea for two, maybe three, easy pourer with no drips. It infuses well and pours without dripping.
Full depth strainer with handle. Easy to clean and goes through the dishwasher. Infuser means you don't need to buy plastic teabag.
The sieve is fine so no tea leafes goes through.
I'm a bit of a novice when it comes to tea and teapots. It's pricey for people on a budget, but it looks the part and it's a lovely pot. After enquiring about buying replacement parts the seller kindly sent me one for free.
This teapot is just fantastic. I keep searching for the perfect teapot and this is it.

It pours lovely and the infuser works so no bits in your cup.
We are very pleased with it and would buy again.
Smaller infusers make it impossible to make a pot of tea for just 1 person as the water level needs to be so high, this pot is perfect!
Packaging/appearance
It is easy to use and the infuser is very fine , so no leaves or residue escape into the drink.
Competitiveness
This is now my 3rd brand of teapot with an infuser and it is by far the best!

I think this might be some condensation but it would have been nice to have a lid that sealed or provided better leak proofing

The filter is as deep as the pot so great if it’s not full
