Pros
The shape of this cup helps to keep heat from dissipating. Tea stays hot, and my tea is very flavorful with this steeper.
The colors are bright and cheerful, and the mugs seem very sturdy. The purple color is so magical and i look forward to sitting with it every day.
Great for work for loose leaf tea addicts. Customize my tea by putting saffron, rose water, etc.

Cons
The lid is oversized and moves around. The bottom is almost broken off. The item was received broken. The onus is on me to print a label and then return the item and then get a refund.
As a tea-lover whole point of getting this mug is to use it for tea only. This cup just barely contains 18 oz (532 ml) and i would probably not fill it that much with a hot beverage. Not worth it.

I chose a different color in case that the green one came from a batch of poorly glazed mugs since a replacement was sent with no issues at all im revising my rating back to my original rating

Update 01102019 its only been a few weeks ive been using this mug and the green one has developed cracks all along the insides seems like wherever the hot liquid has touched mug lid

It seems like the glazingmanufacture of these is not consistent depending on the color batch and its not the type of glaze youd expect to see crazingcrackling on purpose either im an amateur potter just be aware this may happen to you as well
