Pros
The mesh strainer is very good quality and fine for properly holding loose tea. Drip-proof pour spout.
The blue is a gorgeous colour. The white colour can be described as eggshell/ivory, and has a pleasant matte finish.
Lids are a bit awkward to open using the thumb tab. Handle is quite comfortable.

The lid is constantly flapping closed

It also has closed on me while pouring boiled water—thats a bit of a hazard

As a suggestion the manufacturer should consider a redesign that would include some simple way of detaching the lid
