Great product, infuser perfectly fits in the the cup also fits other double skin cups they sell
Most annoyingly, the infuser will not stay seated in the cup as it's supposed to.
The small base makes this seem slightly unsteady sometimes, however the quality more than makes up for this.
Shipping
Goods arrived fast and in good condition as advertised.
Packaging/appearance
Survived travelling halfway around the world in my suitcase in its original packaging.
Secondly, the green rubber gasket at the top of the infuser (aka the colorful silicone band) has split - after about two weeks of use.

Really amazing cup, better than a branded one bought in the past.

This allows the steam to escape and partially defeats the purpose of the glass top
